Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations.
• 2+ years of Consumer Banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with higher levels of business to determine the effectiveness of current strategies and procedures within Consumer Banking.
• Independently conduct research to identify opportunities that improve processes and optimize the overall Consumer Banking experience throughout the company.
