Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a Consumer Banking Analyst II with a focus on mortgage origination training. You will research opportunities to improve processes and optimize the customer experience, collaborating with diverse business units to assess current strategies and determine effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent banking product operations experience.
2+ years of Consumer Banking experience.
Knowledge of banking products and services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Proactively communicate with higher levels of business to determine the effectiveness of current strategies and procedures within Consumer Banking.
Independently conduct research to identify opportunities that improve processes and optimize the overall Consumer Banking experience throughout the company.
Recommend and implement enhancements that streamline operations and create value within departmental work streams.
