Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations.
• 2+ years of Consumer Banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

• Proactively communicate with higher levels of business to determine the effectiveness of current strategies and procedures within Consumer Banking
• Independently conduct research to identify opportunities that improve processes and optimize the overall Consumer Banking experience throughout the company

As a Consumer Banking Experience Analyst II - Mortgage Origination Trainer with Frost, you are our consumer experience champion, conducting research to identify opportunities that improve processes and optimize experiences. In this role, you will have to opportunity to collaborate and interact with high levels of business to determine the effectiveness of current strategies and procedures within Consumer Banking.
