Job summary

Frost Bank in Texas is seeking a Consumer Banking Product Supervisor - Training Developer to lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts, collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of product strategies and processes, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.

You will ensure internal controls, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive improvements with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind, supporting Frost’s long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations.
• 5+ years of consumer banking experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of bank laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and execute policies and procedures in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team members.
• Ensure that internal controls are in place and compliance requirements are met.
• Stay informed of industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
