Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome every guest, help them navigate the store, and promote programs with prompt, helpful service.

You will model the brand, assist with events, check in merchandise and visitors, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting front end while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required; strong communication, organization, and a proactive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative when unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards with professional appearance and dress code.
• Check in returned merchandise and vendor representatives; manage visitor logs.
• Inform customers about events, sales, or promotions and hand out promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe entryway and front-end area.
• Assist with guest check-in for firearms by notifying the appropriate Outfitter; greeters must not handle firearms.
• All other duties as assigned.
