The role requires calm handling of busy periods, basic math skills, and prior experience as a bagger or courtesy clerk. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position in a Cincinnati-area company with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Prior experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers.
• Process customer transactions through the check lane quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Understand the POS system and handle tenders (cash, checks, credit, SNAP EBT, etc.) per policy.
• Adhere to guidelines on cash shortages/overages and prevent loss.
• Follow policies for restricted sale items and coupons.
• Create a welcoming environment and answer questions about products.
