Job summary

The Kroger Company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Friendly Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to help provide an outstanding customer experience at checkout and throughout the store.

You will bag groceries, assist customers with loading, restock shelves, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety guidelines while upholding Kroger's values of respect and integrity. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Strive to bag at least five items without damage.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and safe.
• Adhere to safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Understand store layout and conduct price checks.
