Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Lacey is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our hands-on, small-team environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, learn to create quotes, enter orders, and keep projects on track.

You’ll communicate by phone, email, and in person, help build relationships, and contribute to a fast-paced center while developing your skills and earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn how to create quotes, enter orders, and keep projects on track.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and keep jobs moving.
• Build strong relationships and turn new customers into repeat clients.
