Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Provide directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions; resolve inquiries for customers and other branches.
