Enterprise Mobility's National/Alamo brands are hiring a Customer Service Agent at Fresno Airport to deliver friendly, efficient service during the rental process and assist Emerald Aisle members. The role involves greeting customers, explaining vehicle options, and ensuring a smooth rental experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience handling customer service responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and understand basic PC operations (Microsoft Office).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address questions based on brand offerings.
• Identify customers by name, verify rental agreements, and process reservations.
• Ensure smooth rental and return experiences for each customer.
• Resolve issues to maintain customer loyalty in a fair manner.
• Maintain counter appearance and provide directions and local information as needed.
