The role emphasizes calm, professional communication, data entry, and teamwork in a fast-paced office. A minimum of one year in customer service and basic computer skills are required; training and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Entry-level telephone skills and usage of company features.
• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing, schedule services and close for customers.
• Interact with customers using Route Point software to schedule services.
• Resolve invoice and billing questions; maintain customer files.
• Enter service notes and update technician information in the system.
• Follow up with customers for re-treats and ongoing services.
