Job summary

Crash Champions in Van Nuys, CA is hiring for a Regular Full-Time position. You will greet customers, handle calls, provide clerical support to GMs and Service Advisors, and help manage receivables and payables while keeping the shop organized.

The role offers compensation on an hourly basis with posted pay rates of $17.87–$25.00 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401k with company match, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-in traffic, and written correspondence; route to appropriate person/department.
• Provide clerical support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and data entry; balance month-end statements.
