Job summary

Pine Environmental Services LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support customers by responding to rental equipment inquiries and assisting with sales, quotes, and order status.

You will collaborate with the branch team and outside sales, update our database, help schedule deliveries and pickups, and ensure accurate billing and documentation. This is an office-based, non-exempt role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake of customer inquiries for equipment rental, order status, and general questions.
• Develop and issue quotes for products and services.
• Follow up on quotes and record outcomes in Pine’s database.
