Job summary

Pine Environmental Services is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative in Raleigh, NC to support customers with rental equipment inquiries and product sales. You will also assist the operations and outside sales teams across offices and departments, contributing to a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes responding to inquiries, generating quotes, and updating records in Pine’s database while coordinating deliveries and maintaining accurate contract files.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about equipment rental and order status.
• Develop and issue quotes for products and services.
• Assist branch sales/marketing via calls and emails.
• Coordinate delivery/pick-up and update quotes/orders in database.
• Maintain contract files and customer correspondence.
