Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a senior leader to serve as the central architect for Go-To-Market execution, bridging clinical workflows with technology development. You will quarterback the end-to-end launch lifecycle for assigned product and program portfolios in a remote-first environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build enablement materials, and manage practice recruitment and beta testing to de-risk releases, ensuring messaging stays aligned with healthcare value-based care goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare experience preferred.
• 5+ years in customer success, product operations, or related roles.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI tools for workflow automation.
