Job summary

Rillet is hiring for a Solution Consulting & Implementation-focused role in New York City and San Francisco. You’ll own the sales-to-implementation handoff, work with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Implementation, and ensure scope and customer requirements are clearly captured before kickoff.

You will build standardized handoff materials, run retros, support demos, scope workflows, and own RFPs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, or implementation.
• Experience with accounting or financial software such as NetSuite or Workday.
• Comfortable working with prospects, demoing a product, and serving as a technical subject-matter expert.
• Able to gather customer requirements, scope solutions, and connect business needs to product capabilities.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly and work across customer-facing and technical teams.
• Someone who takes initiative, seeks feedback, and follows through on closing gaps between teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales-to-Implementation handoff, working across Sales, Solution Consulting, and Implementation to ensure scope, customer requirements, and commitments are clearly communicated before kickoff.
• Create standardized processes and handoff materials that make it easier to capture key sales conversations, decisions, and open questions.
• Run retros and collect feedback to identify gaps and improve the sales-to-implementation experience.
• Build and maintain sandboxes and demo environments using reusable templates, realistic data, and workflows tailored to customer and internal requirements.
• Support sales conversations, demo Rillet, and guide prospects through sandbox evaluations and Q&A as a product expert.
• Gather customer requirements and help scope workflows, data needs, integrations, and configuration, considering what implementation will require.
• Own RFPs from start to finish, including responses, deadlines, supporting data, and coordination with subject-matter experts.
