You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to implement plans, learn client processes, and translate needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation with experience in close, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead parts of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute plans.
• Learn client accounting workflows and translate needs into requirements and solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, and system setup.
