Job summary
Rillet is seeking a Deployment Lead for ERP solutions to guide complex customer implementations and ensure seamless adoption of our ERP platform. You will own multi-stream deployments, partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and translate client accounting needs into actionable configurations.
Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in ERP implementation or finance transformation, hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday), and deep understanding of ASC 606.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation.
- Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday) including data migration and go-live.
- Strong accounting workflows knowledge (close, reconciliations, ASC 606) and SaaS exposure.
Responsibilities
- Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
- Analyze client accounting workflows and translate into clear requirements.
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
- Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
- Track milestones and keep stakeholders aligned throughout onboarding.
