Job summary

PetDesk, LLC. is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to design, build, and maintain training content for hospital staff and administrators.

You will deliver role-specific training, partner across PM, Build, CS, Support, and Product to align on customer needs, and drive continuous improvement in training materials and the knowledge base. You will facilitate live sessions, develop microlearning and Academy content, and apply AI to personalize training while ensuring go-live readiness and

Qualifications

• Portfolio required, showing sample job aids and live or e-learning training content.
• Instructional design and curriculum development experience required; build-first role with storyboarding and microlearning content.
• 2+ years in training, onboarding, customer education, or similar enablement work, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
• Experience designing and delivering role-specific training for different audiences, grounded in adult-learning principles.
• Strong oral and written communication, with experience facilitating live training sessions (virtual and in person).
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability across a range of technical comfort levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training content across formats (1:1 to Academy).
• Deliver role-specific training for administrators, front- and back-office staff, DVMs, etc.
• Partner with PMs and Build teams for high-complexity implementations and just-in-time training.
• Provide feedback to Implementation and CS teams to close training gaps and tailor content.
• Collaborate with CS, Support, and Product to align on customer needs and improve knowledge base.
• Lead live and virtual sessions, adjusting pace for diverse participants.
• Leverage AI to personalize training and improve efficiency.
