Responsibilities

• Process basic teller transactions with accuracy and timeliness (deposits, payments, cash handling, endorsements).
• Balance daily work per Bank policies and procedures.
• Handle proportional workload and Teller Capture as needed.
• Resolve customer issues professionally or refer to appropriate staff.
• Support team sales by identifying customer needs and making referrals.
• Follow bank policies, security guidelines, and regulations.
• Manage risk in transactions and detect fraudulent activity.
• Opportunity for cross-training for Customer Service Representative and Teller Supervisor functions.
