• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks and loan payments accurately.
• Handle night deposits, money orders, cashier’s checks, and savings bonds.
• Provide member services and cross-sell credit union products.
• Ensure compliance with policies and banking regulations.
• Refer members to specialists as needed.
