Job summary

Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, and inquiries while maintaining customer data security and following bank protocols. Some prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or post graduate technical training preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking procedures and security protocols is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at teller windows, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, account inquiries.
• Ensure security of customer information and follow bank security protocols.
