Job summary

Community Bank, N.A., part of Community Financial System, Inc., is seeking a Teller to deliver a positive banking experience through accurate transactions and friendly service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries while maintaining security and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and willingness to travel to nearby branches.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Travel is required to surrounding branches as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions with a professional attitude.
Actively listen for potential sales opportunities to promote specific bank products and services, and refer customers accordingly.
Conduct customer transactions with accuracy and prepare daily cash balancing within established guidelines.
Ability to understand direction and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Other related duties as assigned or directed.
Maintain proficiency with laws and regulations applicable to this position and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls.
May travel to other branches in the area to provide support and ensure proper staffing.
