Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive deposits and cash checks, issue receipts, and process withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawer daily and verify cash against records.
• Operate banking software and branch equipment to process transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to appropriate staff.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and maintain file/document control.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine issues within authority.
