Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support to internal and external customers by performing a primary sales support task and related activities.
• Support and liaison with branch and territory managers and customer service partners to gain and keep customers.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty through knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service.
• Assist in promoting products and value-add services through target accounts as directed by team lead or manager.
• Respond to customer and sales team requests promptly and professionally.
