• High School Degree or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office

Responsabilités

• Process orders, quotes, returns accurately in the order entry system.
• Maintain customer and territory records and document all customer interactions.
• Generate reports and monitor shipment dates for timely delivery.
• Adhere to company, state, and federal policies; understand AR policies.
• Verify price and terms per standard procedures and customer profitability.
• Multitask across multiple computer systems and platforms.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, sales partners and internal teams.
• Provide impeccable customer service and sales support; respond to queries and resolve issues.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• May place outbound calls to existing customers to identify and upsell products.
