Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support to internal and external customers.
• Support branch and territory managers and customer service partners to gain and keep customers.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty with courteous and efficient service.
• Promote products and value-add services to target accounts as directed.
• Respond to customer and sales team inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process communications and tasks to meet performance standards.
• Introduce and promote products or promotions per protocol.
• Ensure orders are processed to meet service level agreements and deadlines.
• Escalate issues to team lead or manager.
• Complete training on products, systems, and procedures.
