Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding and supporting store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store operations and be ready to step in as manager when required.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience and some management exposure, with a knack for coaching, communication, and punctual decision-making. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with store needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Support store leadership with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Step in as manager when needed to ensure smooth store operations.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable environment.
• Give real-time feedback and coaching to help team members perform at their best.
