LOFT in Gig Harbor is seeking a Sales Lead who models exceptional customer experiences and supports the store team. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

Responsibilities include driving personalized service, onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, and maintaining brand standards while leveraging technology for a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Takes initiative in decision making.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store functions.
• Step in as manager when needed and ensure excellent service.
• Use tools to support an omnichannel, seamless shopping experience.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to the team.
