Diehl CDJR of Grove City is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Grove City, PA. You will be the primary link between customers and technicians, helping explain maintenance and repairs and ensuring a transparent service experience from arrival to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor or service writer is preferred.
• Dealership service environment experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to explain automotive maintenance clearly and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Document vehicle symptoms accurately.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates.
• Review maintenance and repair recommendations with customers.
• Explain technician findings in clear, customer-friendly language.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs and services.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Provide updates on repair status and completion times.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, warranty and service management.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Review completed repair orders with customers.
• Explain invoices and warranty coverage to customers.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build relationships.
