Diehl Ford of Beaver is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join the busy dealership service department in Beaver Falls, PA. You will be the primary link between customers and technicians, helping to determine service needs, create repair orders, and communicate repair status.

A strong emphasis on customer service and relationship-building is required to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred
• Dealership service department experience a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills required
• Ability to explain automotive repairs and recommendations to customers
• Organizational and multitasking abilities are essential
