Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Customer-Focused Sales & Service Advisor in Spring, TX. You will greet customers, assess vehicle history, and guide them through recommended services with clear explanations.

You’ll build estimates and invoices, communicate progress, and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs on track. A strong emphasis on service, sales, and reliability is required.

Competenze

• Must be customer-focused, organized, and able to handle sales conversations.
• Ability to learn automotive products and services and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with POS and DVI tools preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire options, warranties, and financing clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
