Sun Auto Tire & Service in McNeil, TX is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor. You will greet customers, review vehicle history, explain options, and build detailed estimates to guide customers through checkout. This role combines customer service, sales, and automotive knowledge in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and by phone and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history and inspection findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost throughout service.
• Collaborate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability; ensure proper checkout.
• Follow up with customers after service to encourage visits.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and adhere to PPE and safety procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
