Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on maintenance and repairs, writing repair orders, providing accurate estimates, coordinating with technicians and parts, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
