Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up and invoicing.
• Operate professionally to exceed customer expectations.
• Initiate and manage repair orders and communicate labor/material status to customers.
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling values and mission to be an indispensable partner.
