ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Customer Team Coordinator to work directly with technicians and customers through proactive communication on scheduling and billing. You will coordinate parts procurement and order processing with the parts department to ensure technicians have needed items for field repairs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming service calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up and/or invoice.
• Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectations.
• Initiate and control repair orders and the proper status for labor and materials to the customers.
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values and be an indispensable partner to customers, vendors, and associates.
