Colgate is seeking a Customer Development Analyst for the Home Improvement, Professional and Indirect Channels in Rosemont, IL. This hybrid role focuses on growing sales, improving share, and delivering profitable plans through cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.

You will analyze customer objectives, develop data-driven selling stories, and support tools in Google Data Studios, Sigma, and Excel to drive growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in sales support or adjacent roles.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with SQL for data querying.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of ecommerce capabilities.
• Preferred: Nielsen/IRI syndicated data experience.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow sales and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, brokers, and retailers to execute plans.
• Analyze customer objectives and translate into actionable plans.
