Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Customer Development Manager for Walgreens, based in Rosemont, IL. You will own sales objectives on volume, spend and retail execution, while running the P&L and building strategic plans to maximize profitability for the Walgreens account.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and broker networks to implement account strategies, analyze brand performance, and apply shopper insights to optimize investments and drive mutual value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Experience using Nielsen/IRI syndicated data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• MBA preferred; experience in consumer packaged goods and with Walgreens/Healthcare retail is a plus.

• Develop and execute comprehensive customer strategies rooted in consumer insights and category trends to deliver mutual growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with direct reports, cross-functional teams, and broker retail teams to deliver win-win solutions.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth.
• Analyze account-specific business trends including brand performance and trade activity; apply insights to refine investments.
