Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in sales support roles or adjacent experience.
• Superb communication skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) and Google suite.
• Familiarity with SQL language for querying databases (AI can assist).
• Strong analytical background and knowledge of eCommerce capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for products and programs and develop Customer Marketing strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, brokers, and the customer retail team to achieve goals.
• Seek innovative solutions and adapt strategy based on insights and ROI analyses.
• Leverage AI and business trends to develop impactful selling stories and data-driven insights.
• Develop and support tools built in Google Data Studio, Sigma and Excel.
