Job summary

HP, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to define, plan, and execute the product strategy for the Customer Data Privacy platforms.

The role collaborates with engineering, design, Cybersecurity, Privacy Legal, and the Trust & Privacy Office to deliver secure software that meets business goals. You will own the backlog in Azure DevOps, translate customer needs into epics and user stories, and guide junior team members.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of work experience in product management, digital or software product development.
• Experience in privacy, consent management, data governance, or related domains.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks; Azure DevOps experience highly preferred.
• Product Owner or Product Management certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads HP’s Customer Data Privacy platforms product development cycle, ensuring quality and delivery.
• Collaborates with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high‑quality software on time and within scope.
• Partners with Cybersecurity, Privacy Legal, and the Trust & Privacy Office to understand needs and priorities.
• Translates requirements into epics, features, and user stories using Agile methods.
• Maintains the product backlog in Azure DevOps and prioritizes items by quarter.
• Guides feature development and prioritization with stakeholders.
