Job summary

HP is seeking a Program Manager for Products & Services Privacy in the United States. You will drive privacy programs, coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Product Management, and Security, and deliver governance, dashboards, and executive-ready updates.

Strong program management, cross-functional collaboration, and risk mitigation are essential. The role emphasizes operational excellence, process improvements, and scalable privacy operations to support HP's growth and global compliance

Qualifications

• This role requires a four-year or graduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of program management, governance, or privacy/compliance experience.
• Experience leading large cross‑functional programs in global organizations.
• Proven ability to develop executive dashboards and operational metrics.
• Experience with Jira/ADO, Smartsheet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy and compliance programs across HP Products & Services.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and schedules.
• Establish governance structures and reporting rhythms.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and leadership reviews.
• Identify risks, drive mitigations, and ensure on-time delivery.
