Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to lead privacy projects across HP Products & Services, ensuring global privacy, data protection, AI governance, and regulatory compliance obligations are met.

The role partners with Privacy Advisors, Legal, Engineering, Product Management, Security, Governance, and business stakeholders to drive prioritization, tracking, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of program management, governance, privacy, or compliance experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs in global organizations.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of privacy and compliance programs across HP initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate across Privacy, Legal, Engineering, Product Management, Security, and governance teams.
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and leadership briefing materials.
• Identify risks, monitor progress, and implement improvements to drive on-time delivery.
