You will partner across cybersecurity, engineering, legal, and compliance to embed privacy-by-design and strengthen regulatory compliance.

This highly visible role leads data protection strategy, governance, and analytics, helping protect millions of customers and their data across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in privacy/security/data protection roles with GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA exposure.
• 5+ years designing enterprise data protection: encryption, tokenization, DLP, classification.
• 5+ years hands-on coding in Python/Java/Go or similar.
• 5+ years in cloud and DevSecOps with CI/CD, IaC, security automation.
• 3+ years leading large privacy initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation of enterprise data protection and privacy across data environments.
• Design, deploy PETs: encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP.
• Partner with engineering, legal, compliance to embed privacy-by-design.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and audits for regulatory obligations.
• Drive governance metrics, automation, and cross-functional privacy initiatives.
