Job summary

People Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the DSR platform and privacy strategy. You will balance business growth with GDPR/CCPA compliance, guiding architecture and data flows across silos while delivering a seamless user experience.

You will collaborate with Legal, Editorial, and Revenue teams to design scalable, automated privacy workflows and ensure measurable impact on trust and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management owning backend platforms.
• Experience in data-heavy environments or compliance-related products.
• DSR platform experience and data synchronization across stacks.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with engineers and guide architecture.
• Strong ability to translate legal/technical constraints for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the DSR platform roadmap and automation.
• Balance privacy and product while maintaining GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Partner with engineering to modernize data architecture.
• Design user-friendly privacy flows for readers.
• Bridge Legal, AdTech, and Engineering on strategy and risk.
