Qualifications

• Previous front-facing customer service experience.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to use standard office equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Works with homeowners after the sales process by guiding them through preconstruction meetings.
• Works with lenders to get homeowners construction loans approved.
• Works with warranty after the home is built.
• Acts as the advocate for our customers throughout the build process.
