The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, pre-construction planning, and strong organization to deliver exceptional results for on-your-lot builds.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential construction management and coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes.
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets for field communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to plan and build their home and coordinate trades.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings with leaders and homeowners.

Construction Manager:

• Must be proficient in understanding residential construction systems.
• Is responsible for working with the customer to build their dream home, schedule trades and ensure the home is built with attention to quality, meeting building time expectations and exceeding homeowner satisfaction!
• Builds assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards.
• Participates in pre-construction meeting with General Manager, Customer Coordinators and homeowners.

Requirements

• Prior scattered-site residential construction experience (preferred).
• Technical construction knowledge to understand construction processes and terminology to assist in management of field personnel and systems.
• Computer experience – the ability to use technology (Smart Phone, I-Pad). Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
