Job summary

Schumacher Homes is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Franklin, NC, to build relationships with home buyers and schedule next-step consultations with our New Home Consultant. You will help buyers select options that fit their dream home while coordinating event details and follow-through.

The role requires Saturday work, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM, and prior sales experience. Join a leading on-your-lot builder committed to work-life balance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hours require Saturday and one late night per week.
• Previous sales experience is required. New home sales or retail sales preferred.
• Must be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and familiar with a CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with home buyers to set appointments for the New Home Consultant to take the customer to the next step in fulfilling their dream home.
• Assist customers in selecting personal options that work best in their custom home.
• Coordinate special events by inviting attendees, confirming RSVP's, preparing collateral, planning and coordinating catering needs.

Our Sales Coordinator

• Is key in developing relationships with our home buyers to set appointments for our New Home Consultant to take the customer to the next step in fulfilling their vision for a dream home.
• Works hand in hand with our customers in making their personal selections that will work best in their custom home.
• Provides special event coordination by calling for attendance/invites, confirm RSVP's, collateral preparations, planning and follow through of all event catering needs.
