Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Call Taker to ensure timely, accurate entry of service calls and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. You will handle level 1 call types with a focus on fast responses and accuracy.

The role requires a HS Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities. Hybrid work style with a need for flexible shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, strong attention to detail, organized and able to multitask.
• Successful completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period.
• Must be able to work wide variety of work shift/schedules with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service to customers calling the dispatch team.
• Responds to routine customer inquiries via live call or Email as needed.
• Provides follow through on any special customer needs in a timely manner.
