Job summary

Northwest Bank in Intercourse, PA is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist customers, process transactions, and promote our digital banking products and services. You will greet visitors, answer questions, and identify referral opportunities to help clients reach their financial goals.

You will balance teller cash, participate in daily huddles, follow security procedures, and deliver on our North(west) star experience across in-person, phone, and email interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and inform them of product/service features and benefits.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in vault/ATM balance checks as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
