Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Good math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to schedule, train and supervise employees.
• Familiarity with loss prevention and store safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training employees and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and markdowns.
• Support planogram implementation and shelf presentation.
• Ensure cash control, refunds, overrides, and deposits are processed correctly.
• Assist in store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
